• Designed AI Move experiences used for 1.9M+ exercise sessions, 18M+ AI-detected repetitions, and 8,000+ hours of exercise through Bupa Blua Health.
• Redesigned SilverCare after the first elderly pilot, helping about 90% of second-round participants complete the core flow independently.
• Designed reusable assessment journeys across five health domains and 10 physical tests, including MSK, fall-risk, cognitive, and eldercare experiences.
• Proposed the Health Loop concept, connecting assessment, intervention, exercise, progress tracking, and reassessment into one product journey.
• Created CMS workflows and an internal AI content-generation tool for scalable assessment and media operations.

• Introduced Figma as the primary product design workflow and built reusable CMS patterns adopted across medical college platforms.
• Contributed to a 0-to-1 exhibition ticketing platform covering online sales, onsite admission, exhibitor operations, and event voting.
• Worked directly with clients, project managers, and developers through requirements, design, handoff, UAT, and launch support.
